Created for business, designed for life.

Manufacturing has come a long way. With Industry 4.0, we can welcome a new standard for manufacturing estates—one that is friendlier to the environment and closer to the community.

At Jurong Innovation District, green spaces coexist with business parks, as do professionals with the estate’s residents. It’s a destination designed for everyone, advanced manufacturers and heartlanders alike.

Rise above the bustle
along the Sky Corridor.

Spanning 11km, the Sky Corridor allows you to get from Point A to Point B without getting stuck in traffic. With it, you can walk, cycle, or, in the future, perhaps even hop on an autonomous passenger vehicle to get to any location in Jurong Innovation District.

Two ecosystems living
in perfect harmony.

Our advanced manufacturing ecosystem isn’t the only one that thrives in this environment. More than 130 species of flora and fauna call the estate home, living peacefully with the humans who share their habitat.

"I look forward to the Eco-Garden. I can bring my grandchildren to stroll around the park, and show them that in the West, we also have the Jurong Innovation District.’’

An MRT nearby?
Let’s make that three.

The upcoming Jurong Region Line cuts across the estate, helping you to cut your travel time. Commute conveniently with JS5, JS6 and JW2 MRT Stations, coming in 2026.

Get around,
the greener way.

With the Jurong Eco-Garden (JEG) linkway, Sky Corridor, Park Connectors and Round Island Route, you can swop vehicle air conditioning for a gentle breeze when you travel by bicycle.

The concrete jungle is just
a stone’s throw away.

When the city beckons, a 20-minute ride via major expressways is all it takes to get to there.

Bulim Pond

In the heart of Bulim Park, you will find a unique pond designed to collect and cleanse rainwater. A centralised stormwater detention and cleansing pond, it collects rainwater from the surrounding area and cleanses it sustainably through a rain garden.

The pond frees up space traditionally used for stormwater detention tanks and transforms Bulim Park into a recreational space for the community.
